14 Day Four Rivers Safari

14 Day Four Rivers Safari

Four Rivers safari. This is our ultimate safari and river adventure combination. A true tribute to our African and Namibian rivers. Although it is filled with multi-day rafting adventure we feel it is a true tribute to the rivers of Namibia. We have combined a safari with the Okavango, Kwando, Chobe and Zambezi Rivers. A combination of adventure, culture, wildlife and river rafting.

The Safari adventure will be focusing on the wildlife of Etosha National Park. We start our safari from Windhoek and spend the next three days in the best wildlife reserve in Namibia. An introduction to the wildlife of Africa. Our next highlight will be a visit to the Khoisan Bushman of Africa. We will visit a community project and you will have the opportunity to learn from the san people. Our first African river will be the majestic Okavango River. We venture into Botswana and discover the rock art galleries of the Khoisan people at Tsodilo Hills. We combine this with a visit on the Okavango River.

Okavango is home to the mbukushu people and resident wildlife. Our time is spent learning about the wilderness and wildlife of the Okavango. The next few days we will extend our visit in the Zambezi region of Namibia. Our second river will be the Kwando river. We combine the Kwando river with a visit to the local conservation areas of Bwa-bwata national parks. Experience how the local communities live with the wildlife.

Our final leg of our four rivers safari will take us to the wildlife mecca of the Chobe river. We will be on a sunset river cruise on the Chobe River. Combine our cruise with a game drive in the Chobe National Park. Chobe is known for the large herds of elephants crossing the river to the floodplains. Our final destination is the Victoria Falls and Zambezi River. After a visit to the Vic Falls, we will end our adventure safari with a fun filled day white water rafting in the Batoka gorge on the Zambezi River.
